Hi, I’m Erika.
My goal is to create a space where you can show up as your authentic self — a space full of acceptance, where your story is honored and your experiences are held with compassion. My approach is rooted in empathy and empowerment. I want you to feel supported, valued, and comfortable throughout your therapy journey.
I offer adult/teen therapy. I can meet you in person or online.
I bring authenticity and humor into my work, knowing that laughter and genuine connection can be powerful tools in the healing process. I follow your lead and believe you are the expert of your own life, my role is to help you make sense of the thoughts and feelings that can be difficult to navigate.
I am passionate about supporting adults and adolescents neurodivergent individuals, particularly those with ADHD and ASD, helping them embrace their strengths and develop strategies that honor how their brains work best.
No one has it all figured out, and we all need support sometimes. Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, but my goal is to make it feel safe, warm, and judgment-free. Come in for a cozy chat- I look forward to meeting you.
