Hi, I’m Lynette.
I provide a warm, welcoming, and supportive environment for individual counseling, grounded in person-centered and solution-focused approaches.
My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients of all ages feel heard, respected, and empowered to explore their experiences.
I offer adult therapy in the evenings and Saturday mornings. I can meet you in person or online.
I am committed to offering unconditional positive regard and fostering a culturally responsive, trusting therapeutic relationship. Whether you are navigating life transitions, managing stress or anxiety, working through emotional challenges, or seeking personal growth, I strive to meet you where you are and support you in moving forward with confidence.
My approach emphasizes each individual’s strengths and inherent capacity for growth. I believe that with the right support, insight, and tools, clients can create meaningful, positive change in their lives. Together, we will identify goals, build effective coping strategies, and work toward outcomes that align with your values and vision.
I offer both in-person and virtual counseling services, tailored to meet your unique needs at any stage of life. If you are seeking a compassionate, collaborative space to talk, reflect, and grow, I welcome you to reach out.
